Back in the USA!

Landed in ATL on the way home and the only thing that sounds half-way
decent in this airport is stupid Popeyes chicken! I really need a good
burger or a burrito! They need better food in the airports, man!

Max Capacity!

Oh yea! I am the one who "gets" to travel. There is a difference between
"gets to" and "has to" when it comes to travel. And this picture says it
all. Cattle class for the next how many hours?? This tin tube is
P-A-C-K-E-D!!! I love my job. I love my job. I love my job!

You Just Can't Make this Stuff Up!

A karaoke taxi! So ... I am sitting in The Hague in the Netherlands, with 3 Israelis doing Japanese karaoke and singing New York, New York! The world is getting smaller and smaller!! And I know you can't see it here, but also imagine little lights on the ceiling, fringe on the roof and dancing lights in the back window. I believe the guy might have picked the car up in The Hague's barrio!

"Do you have one with a bull on it?"

This was areal sign, not a novelty! And if you walked around the streets of
The Hague you would see (a) it's needed, and (b) no one adheres to it! Watch your step!

Zzzzzzz . . .

Huh! ...Oh ... yea ... I am working. Who's sleeping? Not me! Now do me a
favor and turn down the volume on your mic please. I am finding it hard to
close my eyes and concentrate.

North Sea

This North Sea dusk shot was taken just down the jetty next to our Beach
Party last night. I have some pics from my little camera. This one was
taken with my phone. It was pretty cool (cold actually!) To walk out to the
light house. The really good news is that there were not any fish people
out here - that would have freaked me out. Of course it would have helped
explain the fish people back at bthe party, though!

Fish Heads, Fish Heads ...

...Roly poly fish heads... Maybe the Dutch are a big fan of the song.
Otherwise I have no idea as to why the hell we have people with fish heads
at the event's beach party last night. Also, I am glad to have this photo
as it is proof I was not hallucinating last night - well at least with
regard to the fish heads. Now the giant octopus wearing the tutu doing
Nixon impersonations ... can't find proof that was real. (Just kidding
btw!)

Proof of Work

In case you were thinking I only travel around and don't really do
anything, here is proof that I actually work on these trips. This is Lee
Roberts (GM of our little piece of IBM) keynote presentation at our user
conference in The Hague. I can go into detail about Lee's presentation on
the value of Enterprise Content Management in today's competitive global
environment but I am just trying to not fall asleep!

And no, I did not try it. This was on the menu at the local Chinese restaurant I ate at on Saturday. The only time I'll ever have baked bowels is when I all asleep face down at a nude beach! No, sir. No baked bowels for me!!
